Due to digital scanning technologies in today's world, and the resulting ability of people to easily scan and copy photos at home, Bedard Photo does not provide refunds on photo purchases unless your package arrives damaged. We will then work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and gladly replace it with another one of the "SAME ITEM".
