1. The fee for going to a cemetery to take gravestone photos is $15.00 for the first CEMETERY, and $5.00 for each additional cemetery, FOR EACH SEARCH REQUEST. I have access to an index which means I'll only go to a cemetery if there is something to be found there. This keeps me from charging you for "nothing".

2. Compared to alot of people who charge almost as much (sometimes more!) for EACH STONE!, I think it is more fair to charge a flat rate. This is good for you if you have more than one stone, especially in the same cemetery!!.

3. This is PER REQUEST!!. Meaning, if you send me a request, and I get ANOTHER request a month later, the same fee schedule applies. $15 for the first cemetery and $5 for each additional cemetery!. This is why it is best to try to do it all at once. I try to get each request done in one trip so that am not spending all week putting gas in my car!.

4. If I can't find your person in the index, it probably means there is no longer a stone standing. I will let you know if this is the case before billing you. There is NO CHARGE if I don't take any photos!. If I get to a cemetery your people are "listed to be in" and find nothing (some inventories were taken many years ago and some stones have since dissapeared), I will refund your money.

4a. Once I find the people you are looking for in the index, I will email you and let you know the cost. Upon receipt of payment, I will take the photos and get them in the mail to you within 2 weeks depending on weather.
